• Job Training – Programs such as the BioTechnical Institute of Maryland, the Chance, and others will help train entry-level workforce

Casey Foundation and Johns Hopkins University, East Baltimore residents have a significant opportunity to move into quality and housing and thriving communities.  Both institutions are pledging $5 million each to supplement the federal relocation guidelines.
