Forest City is beginning construction on two parking lots for the John G. Rangos, Sr. Life Sciences Building that will open on April 11.  The plans below illustrate the location of the lots as well as the landscaping that will make them an attractive addition to the area

Over the course of the next 3 or more years, the New East Baltimore Partnership, LLC will be working in partnership with the East Baltimore community and its stakeholders to begin the revitalization of the first 30-acre parcel of land.  Projected development activities include the following:

  • Life Sciences and Technology Buildings
  • New and Renovated Housing Units
  • Graduate Student Housing
  • Ground Floor Retail
  • Community Service Buildings
  • Parking
  • Green and Open Space

The initial phase of the project involves a 30-acre parcel bounded by Broadway on the west, Madison Street on the south, Washington Street on the east and Chase Street on the north.
