At this time we have not begun acquisition on any properties from the Phase II area. Contingent upon funding and Board approval, we may begin acquisition in January 2007.
If you are interested in finding out when your property will be acquired, we cannot tell you at this time exactly when it will occur. You will be notified when it is time for your property to be acquired.
If you are a prospective buyer or real estate agent inquiring whether you should purchase a property in the area, please be advised that this neighborhood is under an Urban Renewal Plan and investors, unlike residents, will not receive Relocation Benefits.
We encourage you to attend one of the Open Houses at the EBDI Community Resource Center, which will afford you the opportunity to speak to representatives from each of the departments at EBDI and Baltimore City Housing.
