RELOCATION
Your Questions. . . . Answered!
At this time we have not begun relocating any residents from the Phase II area. Contingent upon funding and Board approval, we hope to begin acquisition in January, 2007. Due to the time it takes for the City to acquire properties and make offers to owners, which is required before relocation begins, we do not anticipate beginning the relocation process for any residents prior to
June 2007.
If you are interested in finding out when you will be relocated, we can not tell you at this time exactly when it will occur. Rest assured you will be notified when it is time for you to begin the relocation process regardless of whether you are a renter or a homeowner. Because we have not begun relocations for Phase II, at this time, we cannot give you any specific information concerning
individual relocation benefits.
It is important for you to continue to pay your rent or mortgage as well as utility bills during this time.
