Each resident should obtain an independent appraisal to ensure that the purchase price of the home is not more than the value of the home.  EBDI will pay for the appraisal.  The buyer may choose one of the appraisers on this list or select his or her own appraiser.  If the buyer chooses an appraiser not on this list and the cost of the appraisal is more than EBDI’s maximum payment allowed, the buyer will be responsible for the difference.
