FC-NEBP - Commissioning Services Request for Proposals

FC-NEBP - Construction Services – MD Public Health Laboratory  - As a follow-up to the previous notification of the 5 shortlisted Contractor’s and the 4/12/11 Project Information and Outreach Meeting, Forest City-New East Baltimore Partnership has issued the Step 2 RFP to the identified 5 shortlisted prime Contractor’s for construction of the P-1 Parking Garage.  These offerors have been invited to submit Detailed Team and Priced Proposals as part of the Step 2 – RFP procurement process from which FC-NEBP will select and award the Construction services contract.  A list of these firms, as well as contact information for each was previously issued.  Information on the Step 2 RFP, including attachments, is available for download at:  www.forestcityscience.net/hopkins/business_opportunities.shtml

EBDI is seeking proposals from Sub-developers to rehabilitate rowhouses in the project area.  EBDI in its sole discretion may select more than one developer.  Please click here to view the entire RFP.  The deadline for submission  is Wednesday, May 11, 2011.  A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 15, 2011 at 10 AM.  All questions are due by April 22, 2011.  All answers to questions will be posted by April 29, 2011.

EBDI is seeking an Engineering Consultant to prepare both an existing and proposed utility infrastructure map/plan for a portion of our Phase 2 area.  The portion of Phase 2 included in this RFP is bound by North Washington Street, East Eager Street, N.
