929 - Graduate Student Housing

Construction of the Graduate Student Housing project on the corner of Ashland Avenue and North Wolfe Street began on Monday, July 26, 2010.  The Project will include 321 residential units and 8,400 square feet of ground floor retail.  The $60 million project has a two year construction period and will be completed by late summer 2012. Click on the attached document below for construction updates.
