REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT RFP
East Baltimore Development, Inc. (EBDI) is pleased to announce the following opportunities for Requests for Proposals (RFP):

1) Parcel AB
2) Parcel AC-South
3) 1704-1706 Chase Street
 
Respondents must first register in order to download the RFP.

INFORMATION REGARDING THE SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS IN RESPONSE TO THE CURRENT RFPs

All proposals submitted in response to the current RFPs must be delivered to EBDI at 1731 East Chase Street on Thursday, January 14, 2021 between the hours of 12pm and 3pm.

Please email Karen Johnson at Karen.Johnson@ebdi.org, Alphonso Barney at Alphonso.Barney@ebdi.org, and Adrianne Bryant at Adrianne.Bryant@ebdi.org upon your arrival and they will meet you at the side entrance of the building, which is adjacent to the parking lot on the 1000 block of Rutland Avenue.  If no immediate response, please call 202-744-9835.

All COVID-19 safety protocols must be adhered to when submitting proposals. A mask/face covering must be worn at all times.

EBDI would like to take this time to thank all of the developers that joined the Information Sessions on November 23, 2020. The attached questions and answers extending from the Information Sessions are being provided to all interested developers considering submitting a proposal in response to our RFPs for Parcel AB, Parcel AC South, and 1704-06 E. Chase St.

In light of COVID 19, and the safety practices required to prevent exposure, please see updates below concerning the RFP Site Visits and Scheduled Question & Answer Sessions for Parcels AB, AC South and 1704-06 E. Chase Street.


Site Visits. EBDI staff will NOT be conducting a group site visit on the December 3, 2020 date noted in the RFPs.  Instead, all interested parties are invited to visit the sites at their own convenience and discretion per the guidelines below.  

Parcels AB and AC South. No appointment is required to walk through these sites.   
 
1704/06 Chase Street.  You must schedule an appointment to walk through this site.  Appointments can take place between 10am and 5pm on Monday, January 4th through Wednesday, January 13th. Interested parties must contact Andi Bryant at Adrianne.Bryant@ebdi.org before 5pm on Tuesday, January 12th to schedule an appointment to gain access to the units.  Please note that all appointments will be limited to 20 minutes and will comply with COVID-19 CDC Social Distancing guidelines.
